I'm not sure what you mean. Are you referring to the terrain map within the game? Or are you talking about a normals map (a type of texture map used to give the illusion of depth)? I'm not sure about that. As far as I know, one can access the Russian servers by getting the launcher from Akella Online ( http://www.akella-online.ru/ ). If I'm not mistaken, the Russian servers use Cyrillic script. I apologize for not being able to respond better to your questions.
I would understand the way you did Rotherian and I am Russian. OP should ve been more specific about what they are looking for or asked their questions in English.

Если ты на русском сервере Barren Sky то проще наверно уточнить и тех кто сервере... там вероятнее поддержка кирилицы... Насчёт карты - игра старая годится практически любая NVidia с парой тройкой гигов памяти чтобы играть на максимальном качестве. Так же глянь на различные UI может какой и поддерживает кириллицу. Я играю на 860М максимальное качество - ноль проблем с FPS даже в рейде
