Actually, subj. And that's it. Something broke in the site and now it’s a continuous ring, like “Login”, “select a game” and... that’s it, actually. It is simply technically impossible to write to support and explain the problem that has arisen.
Can confirm. I just tried it and was stuck in the endless loop of clicking "Sign In" which does nothing but send me back to the same page and I'm not signed in.
If you are referring to this site: https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc I have to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for the login to work. With it enabled it's blocking something it needs and just goes in a loop. So might try disabling any tracking protection, ad-blockers, etc to see if something is interfering with it.
petition link works fine. it isnt broken as i just went there. the OP should know however, there is no tech support and CS agents cant help you
It does not help. The Firefox and Chrome browsers behave absolutely identically, both with and without the ad blocker enabled.
Specially, in addition to Chrome and Firebox, I downloaded and installed Edge. Now I have 3 different browsers on my computer and I observe an absolutely identical situation in all three: Links from the top panel "Contact Support" and "My Activities" They lead to the pages: https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/requests https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new There is a difference in the URL, in fact, there is not. Pressing the "Sign in" button results in: https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us It's just a looped link to itself, only instead of "/" combinations of letters and numbers are substituted. And it works this way regardless of the browser. Page: https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us/categories/204228507-EVERQUEST-II clicking on "Sign in" https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/e...om/hc/en-us/categories/204228507-EVERQUEST-II the situation is the same as in the case described above: a looped link to itself and nothing more.
That is definitely odd and I'm sure incredibly frustrating. I am unfortunately no expert on browsers, add-ins, or things that can cause that kind of loop. Definitely sounds like there is some of problem since logging in to a webpage should work on any of the standard browsers. Since it does work for Edge on my machine, the only other thing I could suggest is to try a different device such as a smart phone or tablet. Not that you should have to do that, but I'm just trying to think of a way to get your issue resolved.
