Fixed Internally Sparking Innovative Pouch could not equip

    The following item could not be equiped, we get the following eror message: Cannot equip Sparking Innovative Pouch in that location.

    \aITEM -546598243 -731091705 0 0 0:[Sparking Innovative Pouch]\/a

    Description says it is a two handed, while the toltip compare it to a ranged weapon.

    The item is bought in Buried Takish'Hiz at the crafting vendor LMilicent Boooomfligger.

    The pouch is already fixed for the next hotfix (as are the rings). I am double-checking the fix for the censer now.

    Unfortunately, after today's 18.04 update, NOTHING has been fixed. Both items cannot be equipped.

    Today was a server bounce, not a hotfix (hence, the lack of new patch notes). It is still due for the next hotfix.
