Question regarding P2W Chest on Varsoon

Maybe someone can answer this question...

Are we getting the same mechanism as on live?

Meaning, you loot your Item with DKP on raids AND if you pay enough you are getting more Loot from Raidbosses?

This is a question I really would also like to get an answer to. People in guild already talk quitting and I take them seriously. Since TLE is subscription based, and some have more than one account even, wouldn't losing them hurt the business more?
Loyalty to the EverQuest franchise is stretched thin already and at an record low, so why push this through? I don't get it for the TLE.

I would also like to get a definitive answer if and how these crates work on Varsoon, or any other TLE server. From what I understand, this is fait accompli for live servers, but how much sense would these crates even make on TLEs?

Even a short dev comment on this would make our lives much easier since we can then decide whether staying with the game is something we want or not... Or find a strategy that works for raid forces before people get mad at each other for gambling themselves into bonus loot!

It's just more gear you can already buy for krono through trades or on broker for krono-acquired-plat, which most likely every person in this thread has already done. Free-trade server is P2W at its core, so this shouldn't be that big of a surprise.
