Every time I hail I get the response Please speak to others in the area. None of the other sphinxes are offering quests and I cannot progress.
Have you tried the previous quest givers for repeatable quests Izny Rut -repeatable quests: Green Fruit For Rut Part Deux Operation Crustacean Station Continuation I see from your post that the NPC below isn't giving you his quest even though you have the faction. Khat-Ra Pakiat From Mind to Matter requires 30,100 Pride Pakiat (Faction) Have you checked to make sure that ALL non-repeatable quests for all of the Pakiat NPCs have been done? Hope you find out whatever is stopping your progress.
