GENERAL

• Broker auto-unlist time increased to the next server restart after 28 days of being listed.

ABILITIES
General

• Corrected an issue that was preventing abilities with dispel or cure components from doublecasting the non-cure or dispel portions of their abilities. Cure and dispel effects will continue to not be able to doublecast.

Berserker

• Wall of Hatred will no longer trigger unless the caster is in combat.

Wizard

• Void Tempest no longer incorrectly states that it enhances Ice Spears.

HOUSING AND GUILD HALLS
Housing

• The house will now remember the new position of the moving crate after using the /summon_movingcrate command.

ITEMIZATION

• Raid dungeon bosses now have a chance to drop a third regular armor piece, accessory, or weapon.
• The quest reward item Ring of the Four Winds has been updated, now requires adventure level 70 and the Kingdom of Sky expansion to be unlocked to be worn.
• Fingerless Gloves of the Ro Rover are now correctly available for purchase from Mira in the Sandstone Delta.
• The initial wares offered by Mira in the Sandstone Delta have been improved.
• Corrected the name of Recipe: Enlivened Maul of the Sandswept Delta to reflect the product.
• Akashic Scroll Case: Brigand and Ortallian Scroll Case: Brigand now contain Forced Arbitration II (Celestial).
• The "Raid Rune: Standing Stone" ranks I through III adornments should now be correctly attached to the "Stone Form" effect instead of the "Hardened Temper" effect.
• Acrylia, Hua Jubilee, Shadowscream, and Void Etched mount equipment that give crafting bonuses now restrict based off of tradeskill level instead of adventure level.
• Carrionpicker's Talon - Item name is now spelled correctly.
• Sadiqe in the Raj'Dur Plateaus has new wares for adventurers who have conquered all Solo dungeons.
• Corrected the stat values on the Renewal of Ro Coating, Injector, Insight, and Stratagem temporary adornments.
• Renewal of Ro Solo boss encounters will now drop Tier II Renewal Immunity Rune's 10% of the time.
• Renewal of Ro Solo zone boss encounters will now drop Tier II Renewal Immunity Rune's 25% of the time.
• Renewal of Ro Challenge Solo boss encounters will now drop Tier II Renewal Immunity Rune's 25% of the time.
• Renewal of Ro Challenge Solo zone boss encounters will now drop Tier II Renewal Immunity Rune's 50% of the time.
• Renewal of Ro Heroic I boss encounters will now drop Tier III Renewal Immunity Rune's 10% of the time.
• Renewal of Ro Heroic I zone boss encounters will now drop Tier III Renewal Immunity Rune's 20% of the time.
• Renewal of Ro Heroic II boss encounters will now drop Tier III Renewal Immunity Rune's 15% of the time.

• Renewal of Ro raid boss encounters will drop a choice pack of Tier IV Renewal Immunity Rune's 15% of the time.
• Mount buffs on Timelocked servers have had their stat progression standardized by expansion release and ranking, and will grant the same stats on Time-Locked servers as they do on Live servers. Summoning a mount below its intended level will reduce the bonuses you gain from the mount. For example, Glacial Savage and Abyssal Carpet will both cap out a level 80 and are the same rank, but since Abyssal Carpet is from The Shadow Odyssey it will have a higher stats. If summoned on a level 70 character, both mounts would grant the same stats, that of a Echoes of Faydwer rank 9 mount.

• Corrected an issue that prevented Advanced Ensorcelled Badlands, Advanced Takish, Advanced Delta recipe volumes from dropping from Renewal of Ro [Heroic III] boss encounters.
• The Minimum Duration for Renewal of Ro Heroic II zones has been reduced to 3 hours.

Castle Vacrul: Haunting Presence [Raid]

• Corrected an issue that, when killed, Lord Mayong Mistmoore would sometimes get stuck without awarding credit or loot for the kill.

The Fabled Veeshan's Peak [Raid]

• The Minimum Duration has been reduced to 2 days, 20 hours.

The Fabled Kurn's Tower [x2 Raid]

• The Minimum Duration has been reduced to 18 hours.
• Warlord Kurn Machta will drop a Monolithic Gear crate 100% of the time when defeated by a single group.

The Fabled Kurn's Tower: Breaching the Void [Heroic I]

• The Minimum Duration has been reduced to 90 minutes.

Buried Takish'Hiz: Terrene Threshold [All Versions]

• Trail of Death, cast by some base population and boss adds, no longer stacks if cast from different casters and cannot be reapplied if already afflicted.

Buried Takish'Hiz: Terrene Threshold [All Heroics]

• Fighters can now start a Heroic Opportunity for Core Power III if they are grouped without a mage.
• Terranus' source portals and fragments of the source can now be severely damaged with not just Core Synergy, but Core Power IV.

Buried Takish'Hiz: Terrene Threshold [Heroic II]

• The encounter with Malachiel Caedor should once again behave as it did prior to the 01/24 update.

Buried Takish'Hiz: Foundation of Knowledge [Heroic II]

• The Delving Departed's research assistants spawn less often.

• Removed extra bleedthrough override values from the following boss abilities: Detritus Storm, Hunting Party, and Thorns of Regrowth.
• Ganadan's Mulching Maw will drain less mitigation vs physical damage over time.

Sandstone Delta: Eye of the Storm [All Versions]

• Pets approaching the bridge to Lokh Barnacoz before defeating Gallopagus will no longer cause their owner to be knocked back.

Sandstone Delta: Eye of the Storm [Solo]

• Stormy Withers will cast Bone Spurned less frequently, and Gangway inflicts less damage over time.

Sandstone Delta: Eye of Night [All Versions]

• The casting time when activating the relic of Night has been removed.

Sandstone Delta: Eye of Night [Heroic II]

• Health has been reduced for Shadowscum's adds.

Sandstone Delta: Grave Grange [All Versions]

• If a Corny Brigade collection is spawned and looted, the loot window will be offered to the group.

Sandstone Delta: Grave Grange [Event Heroic II]

• Rujarkian skeletal orcs now have reduced health.
• The first wave of Rujarkian skeletal orcs spawn at a slower rate.

Raj'Dur Plateaus: The Hunt [Raid]

• Leaving the zone after opening the rock walls should no longer close them when returning to the same saved zone.
• Raj’Dur faction members have had their social radius lowered.

Raj'Dur Plateaus: The Sultan's Dagger [Signature]

• One of the revive points has been renamed to Upper Raj'Durabad.

• The spell Singled Out will no longer stun the target.
• Any time limits raid bosses use have been added to their respective Shifting Reflections tier buffs.

• Cheldrak has had his maximum health lowered
• Skeletal Acolytes, Warriors, Sorcerers, and Thieves during the Cheldrak encounter have had their max hp lowered slightly.

Xux'laio's Roost

• Adds in the Xux'laio Master of the Fluttering Wing encounter have had their maximum health reduced slightly.
