Growth Prayer Stones can be mass produced. The quest requires 5. Mass-producing 5 only provides one update. I have a feeling you're not supposed to be able to mass produce them (since you can't blueprint them), so it may be prudent to prevent players from attempting to mass produce them.

We cannot prevent a player from using mass production and wasting materials, but we can and do prevent mass production from fast-tracking you through the quest. (We have quests count the number of physical combines made instead of the number of items created.)
