While I think the fear mechanic this named has is bad design, this post isn't about that. Instead this mob has another very annoying detail about it, during the 15% surprise, the will either delay or skip the standard elemental det it gives the group, which causes a large issue. The issue with this is that, as a healer, I use a spell timer to know when it is safe to cure other dets, and when I have to wait. Without an accurate timer for this part of the fight, I either have to wait until it lands, and risk killing the group with a bad group cure, or not curing and having the group die from a massive stat drain det. So please consider not having that elemental skipped, that way the fight can continue as normal.
