Ever since the 2/3/2023 patch was published on the test server, the game has become unplayable for me. The first sign of trouble is that none of the characters at the character select screen are rendered. Once in the game, the framerate is about 1 FPS and none of the characters (player or non-player) are rendered on screen. If I stay still long enough, the framerate spikes to a normal level - but once I move its back to one frame per second. I see other players on using /who all, so it must be something on my end. When switching to live, everything is fine and it plays as normal. Update: Installation of latest video card drivers did not resolve the issue.
I believe updated art was pushed out, let me refresh the streaming assets. Should take a bout an hour.
Just a semi-regular art push (for live event stuff, fixes to clothing bugs, pre-pushes for GU, etc., etc.) Art builds/patches take a bit more time and brouhaha than normal builds and are not done with every patch.
