Not getting quests upon zone in - RoR weekly missions bug

This has happened a couple of times now and I know of others who have had it happen. When zoning into a heroic you don't always get the quests. There were 2 of us in our group that did not get the weekly quest upon zoning into first zone. So this causes quests not to be finished or you have to do the zone twice because you just didn't get the quest. Happened in Sultan's dagger the first time and last night was Eye of Night.

If you have the prior week's quest, this can happen. Dunno otherwise.

That is what I thought at first but nope no missions what so ever.

Happened to my group last night as well. Half of us got it, half of us didn't. Thankfully, we caught it.
