Nenmioseh's two buffs, Eye of the Harvest and Eye of the Hunter both have the same text stating that they reduce damage by 90% if the player is not under the 'Harvest Moon' buff; While this is not a killer issue it seems pretty clear that the 'Eye of the Hunter' should most likely reduce damage unless you are under the 'Hunter's Moon' HO buff. It does, thankfully, clear the detriments and prevent the proc if you have 'Hunter's Moon' up, but since 'Eye of the Harvest' reduces damage without 'Harvest Moon', I assume one of the two is flipped backwards - Whether it is 'Do less damage and take no detriments' vs 'Do less damage OR take detriments' is kind of the question I guess.
