Info Needed Can't harvest item - already completed quest

    I can't harvest some items because I am being told I need to complete certain quests first. I have the quests already completed in my journal.

    What items to harvest, what quests are required, and what quests are you on and/or already completed?

    Giving a little more info would help a ton. What are you trying to harvest? Is it a quest update? What is STOPPING you from harvesting that item?

    Guessing (without more info) that the items in question are only for a specific quest. A number of items say "Requires certain progression on "x" quest."

    As others have pointed out, would need to know what it is you can't harvest and what the message is specifically. Including your character and server would also help in the off chance its a character specific issue.
