    Daily cape update:
    I'm wearing the cloak on Leu as she's the one that's moving the most.
    She logged in Raj'dur Plateaus with her cloak colored
    - zoned into Takish Badlands, cloak colored
    - zoned into Sandstone Delta, cloak colored
    - ported back to Raj'dur cloak turned bleached
    - zoned back to Takish Badlands and cloak got recolored!

    I must say that it's quite fun to behold.

    It was a weird surprise; I don't remember that being one of the glorious new things they were going on about in the official announcement...

    Simple; just hit the Publish button on your "you are now in your home, better pay your rent or else" screen and it'll look surprised that you want to unpublish, after all the hard work you put in to publish in the first place. ;->

    Oh! Save your title (if you haven't memorized it yet! :D) in like Notepad or something, just in case; many's the time I jumped through all the hoops all over again (often to place a Hall of Fame award cup in the house that won it...after one or two of those, I just put them someplace I haven't published yet ;->), only to forget what I called it. X-P

    Hmm! But there are existing ways to speed that up; I've done that myself, though I've never remembered (or understood?) exactly what it was I did. :-/

    Still, it's a nice touch, if a confusing one; certainly wasn't expecting it. Thanks for the info! :)

    I wonder if it's lighting changes in Frostfell Village (and possibly in other zones as well), and the day/night cycle, causing this cloak to look grey at times.

    Please note that even her hair color looks different on the left. And I'm not picking on any particular person, just wondering if it's the lighting and day/night cycle affecting perception of color all around.

    It's a valid point, though they've had issues in the past with a re-skin/re-coloring of something that's basically the same. I can dig that they want to be able to re-use items, but sometimes things like this happen in the process. :-/

    It's not a lighting issue, because now it can be either color in any zone. Different from 'world' to dressing room. It's just confused.

    It wasn't such a big deal back in the old days, when you wouldn't be punished for hailing Santug a second early, but it's getting weird... :-/

    I was willing to hail him a second later than the last time, just to be on the safe side, but I got punished anyway, and it took a good 3 seconds to get back where I needed to be (it's gone at least as high as 4+ in the past). :-/

    I can keep track of seconds on my computer clock, but I can't keep track of whatever the 1670226906 whatever bits are, except for in the log. How many bits of those are in 18 hours? :-/ And however many bits there are, there was still one more bit in the end (226902) than there'd been the day before (162101) at the hail, which seem to correlate to seconds (ah! 64,800 seconds in 18 hours; 226,902 - 162,101 = 64,801 seconds later)? :confused:

    Uwk, are you seriously whining and spamming the board because of a 3 second discrepancy between your computer clock and the server's? Unless both machines are syncing with an atomic clock right before you ask that's going to happen and it's way out of Kaitheel's province to fix! Seriously, to quote Shatner, 'get a life!' - or just take a coffee break before you start!

    It wouldn't be such a big deal if the penalties for getting it wrong weren't so time consuming. :-/

    Also, I wasn't comparing my clock to the game's clock, I was comparing the game's clock to the game's clock.
