uh oh lots of people thought it won't be till December.

technically, for most people, that is still December 1st. For me it would be 2am

Last year it launched Wedn Dec 1st....so based on that I figured if they followed pattern it would either launch Wedn Nov 30th to keep Wedn launch or Thur Dec 1st to keep Dec 1st launch. I know some people were randomly guessing later in December, but this is the same pattern as last years launch.

guess I listened to people who thought it was later, I have not taken part in a new expansion in years, so I would not really know.
Anyway, I will have to hop to it to finish those prelude factions, because this year I will not enter the new expansion either, meaning once it launches, I will not be able to buy anything from the merchant anymore.

That's the one thing we never get enough people to do for Beta.

i wish they would start doing releases on saturday mornings, so all us people that need to work during the week don't get screwed out of any chance at getting any discos because we're stuck at work....

The announcement of the start of the other beta for most, I think cemented it was going to launch first week of Dec at the latest.

Typically they do like 2-3 weeks of patches then have off for like a week.

Well I am pretty sure they actually said it would be December in the original announcement! but no matter.

Ouch! Only 13 more days to get the prelude shinies and buyables-!

I DO prefer the faction method of getting stuff, rather than the tokens; I still have Deep Coppers and Bobbing Acorns that I can no longer spend. I WAS able to spend the Elemental Storm Shards (or whatever), because the devs were nice enough to include those as currency for another event (I've forgotten which).

As of now (on beta) the vendor is permanent. So you may not necessarily be missing out if you somehow don't manage to get it done. Not a lot of reason why you shouldn't be able to finish it but, just in case you don't.

This does not include the shinies, afaik.
