It is still a pack pony underneath it all, it is just under an illusion spell. Besides, as my boss always says, "Norrath is a magical place."
I have, and the noise the snails I have come into contact with is most accurately described so squish.
and ants go, 'crunch' if you listen well, unless you're using a magnifying glass instead of your shoes hehe
neighther do i, but in the nick of time i prance in here, nay gallop and tell you: hay there, my throat is horse
Its an imagination fired up by having read over eight thousand books in my lifetime, mostly science books on numerous subjects.
My siblings estimated about 1992, that I had read from 8 thousand to 10 thousand books over my lifetime. Not including anything for homework. About 40 years. I know other people who read substantionally more books than that.
Still, awesome job! My mom probably did by that point in her life as well; she was born waaay before TV was more than an experiment, hell, before there were "talkie" movies, so I wouldn't doubt it. She was a huge fan of literature, especially writers who were unappreciated during their (short, often miserable) lives and who usually wound up dying of consumption in a cold-water attic flat. X-P She just about rejected any books that made their authors any money while they were alive. ;-> Me, I like reading for entertainment! Uwk
I walk past the bookshelves in stores on some big company's read list. Freaks out the book store employees. When I attend science fiction conventions, I tend to buy the under $30 paintings/prints to encourage those who are just starting. I get questioned about that to. I point out I'm not spending over $50 for a painting unless I like the artist, typically sf/f book illustrators, and I can afford it.
My snail whinnies just fine. I kind of like it. It is 'different'. I like 'different'. In fact, when it is that other creature it still 'whinnies' and I still like it.
