Hi, can you get banned for broadcasting abilities? A buddy of mine is using a K55 Corsair Gameing Pad to broadcast to his 6 characters using ISBoxer. He is openly killing contested bosses and hasn't gotten in to trouble. Now, I think I want to do the same thing. Is this allowed? If not, why is there no action taken against players who publicly broadcast? If botting isn't allowed, why would broadcasting be? The rules (that don't seem to apply) state that a player must manually play their toon. Having a single button click cast 6 abilities (or more) doesn't seem to be manually playing a toon imo. Thoughts?
I think they do bans in waves. So it's quite possible it's just a matter of time before your buddy's account is banned or suspended. If they are killing contesteds, it's highly likely at least one person has already reported them, depending on how obnoxiously they are doing it.
