Ive met all the listed prereqs. I went into the first mysterious room by unrest and examined everything. I go to the second room in the tizmak caves and examine everything. When i get to the book i have two options, one for not understanding the book and one that i recognize the book is written in gymy. I choose the second option and another window pops up with a blank space hilighted right bow “put the book back”. I didnt think anything if it and went to the 3rd Room in the phantom sea, it isnt there. What am i missing to advance?
You may be missing one of the NUMEROUS pre-requirements to advance. I had all of the pre-reqs done. It was some weird bug where it wouldnt let me put the book back on the shelf. I had to keep one copy of the book open and click the shelf to open a second copy and put that one back in order to advance.
