here in the last few days , out of nowhere, when i try to start the game it tells me i cannot load launchpad because i need to add a phone number to my account. this account has been active since original release of eq2. when i go to the advanced security in daybreak website and add phone number it gives me a 6 digit code to enter from my phone, i put it in and it tells me " we are unable to update your security settings. please try later" this has been going on since last friday. it let me update my email and even change my password but cant update this? im locked out of game because of this. i tried support but its been days. anyone ever run into anything like this?
