Fixed Internally [Kael Drakkel] Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran not offering quests

    I have completed the 3 fighter quests from Corporal Sergius Mordanticus:
    1. Prison Duty
    2. Agitate the Erudites
    3. Spirit Removal

    He now has text to report to Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran within the freeport militia house, however Grand Duke Lazarus is not offering any quests.


    any help would be appreciated, would love to earn the right to buy lucanic armor, to further demonstrate my dedication to the overlord!

    with auto mentoring to level 10 in Freeport, the Duke might need a reminder that you are level 40 like the quest requires.

    Confirmed. You suspected correctly, Chikkin. Grand Duke Lazarus Hazran will need to be reminded that he can either carry out this duties and serve the Overlord, or he can be the focus of the next ceremony at Execution Plaza.

    We'll get him on the right track.
