Not A Bug Some of the Merc gear from VoV can't be transmuted

    Mahngavi Mercenary Boots
    Mahngavi Mercenary Helm
    Mahngavi Mercenary Gauntlets
    Karuupa Hedgewizard Gauntlets

    The shoulders, chest, forearms and legs all transmute fine. And the Honor Guard gear as well.

    and some spells like Precise Volley II (Adept)

    should be easy to fix, but no prior.

    Some of the gear from Miragul's Madness won't transmute either.

    Mercenary gear, for the most part, cannot be transmuted due to it's out of progression tiering. We allow mercenary gear to be dropped/obtained at a much higher tier compared to player gear because it does not have as large of an impact on heroic (or raid) progression. However this means it needs to have some other restrictions in how that gear is used when it is not used as gear.
