Description: Greetings, I am a completionist and try to do every quest. On my other toons I was able to get a quest chain to go kill a named NPC raising skeletons. I have not been able to get that quest on this character. Research shows I did all pre-requisite quests up to 'Off to the Ossuary', but I am not able to obtain that quest. I know it's active as I just did it on another toon a few days ago. Please help me get the quest so I can complete the rest of the chain. I suspect you already found the cause of the issue, as I'm seeing your character has already completed "Off to the Ossuary", as well as Dolur Axebeard's next quest, "Severing the Head". ~ Kaitheel
