Suggestion: Add duration to Divine Fate

    This has annoyed me for a while so I figured I'd create a post and see if anything comes of it.

    So templars' Reveal Fate shares a cooldown with Healing Fate/Divine Fate. Reveal Fate is a straight damage spell while Divine Fate is a debuff. The AA that gives the increased damage on Divine Fate, also applies that affect to Reveal Fate. However Reveal Fate does not have a duration on it, so the mob does not stay debuffed.
    (Currently can get around this by casting Divine Fate first, then when the cooldown is up cast Reveal Fate-there's about a 15 second window to hit Reveal Fate in and still retain full time coverage from Divine Fate). However I want to suggest just adding a duration to Reveal Fate so the mob gets the debuff from casting just that spell(otherwise the AA should not show as benefiting it). This would be a small QOL change but I would appreciate it greatly.
