The one I had in the guild hall is missing, the one in savage wield is missing, the ones in the city of mist are missing. The worst part of it was you know we paid extra for the personal one and they are missing. Went missing with todays update
I have spent over $300 on multiple of these packs for houses and guild halls as I do a lot of crafting across all my accounts. When can we expect a fix for this or are we going to be reimbursed for all the real life money we put out?
Please keep posting reports and details. Just popping in here to let you know that this is a known issue currently being investigated.
seems like another bunch of art stuff was added to the patcher, so try to rerun the launcher and get new files, maybe it fixes the problem
A hotfixed has been pushed and this should now be resolved for both NA and EU. Please re-patch your game client when you can.
