Adjusted?

Patch Notes: "Items purchased using Coins of the Cabal have been adjusted."

Adjusted how? is it retroactive to already purchased items?

Yes, it was retroactive. The adjustment was an increase.

I take it then the costs were lowered ?

I don't believe costs were adjusted from previous.

Apparently "Where's Waldo?" is a favorite within DPG.

"We changed something, somewhere. Have fun looking for it, we're not telling!"

Prices are the same, but stats got boosted (5 more resolve, increased main stat and stamina, 500 more potency, small boost in CB). The boost was retroactive but reforging didn't get adjusted to accommodate for the higher stats, so resetting/re-reforging was the way to go on those items.
