Cascading Spouts not dropping small chests resulting in SW drop quest being unavailable

    Since June 7 I have killed almost 200 cascading spouts and have not gotten a single small chest. I do occasionally hear the *thud-pop* that normally happens when a chest pops but no chest ever drops. This means that I cannot complete the following SW drop quest because I cannot get the insignia dagger.

    do you have the dagger in a bag or bank? it wont drop if you do

    Considering the Drop Rate is SW is 100%, im sure its either in your bags or in your bank.
