Reign of Shadows accolades have only red adorn slots, which are pretty useless. All the accolades should have WHITE slots. Yes. The new runes have accolade marked as a slot. No matter how you parse it, if there are adornment slots on accolades, there ought to me adornments that will go in those slots. Otherwise, don't even bother putting adorn slots on the accolades.
Not sure this is a bug. The accolades from BoL had a single ORANGE Adornment slot. so the single red may well be intended but makes no sense for either to have non white adorn slots.
It was a bug in BoL as well, as there were ZERO orange adorns that would go in an Accolade slot, while there were white adorns that did claim to be equippable on an accolate. The final story: Either make accolades have the right color slots for the available adorns, or make red/orange adorns for accolades, or get rid of accolade adorn slots altogether.
Agreed. Very annoying to have equipment that will supposedly accept adornments, but which don't actually exist.
If it was intentional, why put adorn slots on Accolades at all? If they don't want us to adorn Accolades, this would surely be the easiest method? I think that the people designing the gear are not talking to the people who design the adorns, is all.
because i think they just have a standard item they copy&paste and it has an adornment slot for "eq2 reasons", they made it orange/red so that no adorns would fit in it white adorns that say the go into accolades are my biggest mystery but i think it's still intended for us not to be able to adorn accolades.
On completion of one of the RoS lines I received a blue adornment that has options for many slots including ears etc. Yet blue adornments only go in weapon slots. Go figure.
