Per the update notes: Doppleganger: Doppelganger V and above will grant triggers of Prismatic Chaos to the Illusionists group Not seeing this happening,.. the ability wasn't updated, but thought maybe it was working behind the scenes and you all just didn't update the descriptions, but not seeing any affect of this show up on ACT either...

Tested on 9/2 in the Blinding. The visual of Prismatic Chaos does apply to group members using Dop V, including pets and mercs. However, it does not show up on the ACT parse as Prismatic shock or plain ol' magic damage. The doppleganger does appear on the parse, but only takes incoming damage and does no outgoing damage. So, it appears the damage part of the effect is not working.
That is not how this effect works, the Doppelganger will never apply damage with the effect, as the Doppelganger applies it to the Illusionist. When you cast Doppelganger V, even without being in combat, you will notice a maintained effect that also applies to you/your called Sympathetic Link. When you or a groupmate casts a hostile ability, Sympathetic Link triggers extra damage. The Doppelganger itself does not do damage via the effect, your group members do. The maintained effect is not tied to the Doppelganger, so even if it dies before the duration ends you will not lose buff until it's expiration. I'll be updating the spell names to Sympathetic Link: Prismatic Chaos and the damage effect to Sympathetic Link: Prismatic Shock so that they are more obvious in ACT.
