we have discovered some interesting items on Kaladim , like the " Silversteel Leggings " This is has spell skill , defensive skills , podency , crit chance , dps , max health and a nice dose of 12.2 hate gain . That would be all good , but this leggings are cloth armor and have only 187 mitigation . Other such items have been found , like the level 78 legendary piece of equipment that had the stads of a level 5 piece .
