Until we started on challenge raids I was able to use it quite often. Oddly you can cast Soul Shackle while it's running and as stated above it works great in conjunction with Totemic Protection and Spirit Tap. In challenge however it's a different story. Some challenge fights are still very difficult for me to heal and on those, not only do I not use Wendigo but my dps drops off a lot because I'm healing pretty much non-stop.
