Get some goats. Not only will they eat your lawn, they will eat everything else and destroy your fence posts. I saw on Discovery Channel there is some guy in California that leases his goats out to people.
I lived in the bay area , and yes there were people renting out goats to clear steep properties , can't get a lawnmower up there and you get free fertilizer too .

goats are known eaters of trash so we will go in there armed with goats and find it and lovingly restore it and present it to you on a velvet cushion replete with our love
I think it's to late for that ttobey has his own guard goats that ate all the paper there was in the waste paper baskets. But I managed to fins a tomb drive with goat drawings on and other mounts we wanted that came out bad looking , so ttobey was embarrassed to show them to anybody .
