    I noticed that he sells red runes but item slot says yellow slot. Is the image of the red runes just a big and they are supposed to be yellow?

    the made that chance so you could not use the old red runes with decent effects in current tier armor

    Ok. I figured that’s what they might of done. I even went to DoV raid zones. Even those are red but yellow slot. Do you or anyone else know if the red runes in Kael merchant changed to yellow slot?

    all reds below 111 no matter where you get them from has been changed to yellow slots
