idk how lvl locking at 40 all zone above 40 locked out only gear are from zone drop or crafted. that way noobs can and or new comers can have a chance to get gear and compete and less maintenance. just a though.
Not entirely sure what you are trying to communicate, but the sentiment of the title rings true. Hopefully they will share some sort of information in the coming months - however my guess is that we are a bit down the pecking order.
