The one in Freeport is still there too. We are aware. They've stuck around a little longer than originally intended. They'll likely be here for a while to come. As a little confusing as they may be, thankfully they aren't impeding any content. ~ Kaitheel
Actually, they didn't even appear until AFTER Frostfell. You might want to check whatever scripts you have for them for the beginning of Frostfell, to make sure they do appear next year.
