Wracklands Blue Shiny cannot be reached

    it's floating way up high in the air and does not give a hand to click while flying,

    There are two of them floating in the air near the Lightcrawler PQ area in BL that are floating on some invisible solid mass in the air. You can land on it and harvest it though.
