SK - Mana Sieve V Celestial

    somthing went wrong with the celestial version of this spell

    i mean 349-582 power one time and on 76-126 every 4 seconds !

    i'm guessing it's missing some zero's somewhere ...

    It was the percentage bits they said they planned to stop critting, not the straight numbers, I believe.

    Out of curiosity what's the numbers vs GM/Ancient ? I don't play SK but if Celestial is a downgrade from previous Tiers it's clearly a bug.

    I think it's a bug because before i upgraded to celestial i never even looked @the spell numbers. i just saw that when i used it i had always enough mana for a bulwark. now i don't .. :(

    i've got the GM version, 283-472; it works well enough to keep me in power unless there's a power drain
