   The Producer's Letter said these would be in the in-game shop June 21st. I've looked and they are not there. Do we have an ETA when they will be there?

   They're 3 hours behind EST-- California is PST. 1PM EST is only 10AM PST. I'm sure they'll get to it once they're actually in and working.

   Well, they didn't post a time so the assumption is 12:01am. But at this rate it could be midnight.
