I have had a all access act for over 12 years. recently, my amex got hacked from another site, I dutifully informed you guys, and switched both of my acts to a Visa. My main act now on the market place board states BECOME A MEMBER, I AM A MEMBER, I have lost the 500 DBC for this month, the new card is listed on my act. please fix this asap.
