    GENERAL
    Slightly increased encounter experience
    Greatly increased quest experience
    Removed the one character only restriction on the Beta server to allow for greater testing.

    PVP GENERAL
    Attacking a player will now force them into PvP combat.

    Corrected an issue that was causing auto attack damage to be lowered on the beta server.
