Having trouble with the second part of this quest. The part with the bugs, where you have to use the embalming tool on them. It says to wait until they come towards you and continuously use the embalming tool which will make them stop and grow larger until they explode. I try this and the don’t stop at all. They just spin and knock me back and stun me. Anyone know an easy way to get this done?? Thanks.
Did that a few days ago and didn't have any problems, I just keep slamming the button as fast as I can and they explode. Not sure what you could do different.
Had the same problem today took out all the cubes and spamed the tool and could not explode one. Could not target them ( but that may be normal ) removed all buffs - got new tool equiped - deleted quest and got another Funny part was going FD on monk and all the bugs were kicking my body all over th zone also is this quest why I seem to fight with a shovel in other zones
Yeah this quest is bugged since expansion launch and yesterdays patch did not fix it. @Cordorb: Not sure, could be, but double check if you maybe have the Shovel from NotD still equipped in apperance, if not then yeah the shovel will be from this quest but should disappear once you can complete it again.
