All characters locked but 1 low level

    Attempted to login this evening and find only 1 lower level character listed. My account is good.. doesn't expire until end of next month.. and then it would auto renew anyways. All was fine when I logged of last night, whats gives?

    What servers are the toons on? I'm seeing people say that IoR is down.

    Isle of Refuge, when I log in it has create a new character none of my toons are there lol.

    Been trying to log into IoR for the last few hrs and it is showing locked. Yeah good times.... /s

    Similar, deleted one toon, it then showed 2 as locked, now crashes just b4 getting to char select screen...worked and has worked fine for years.
    CS ticket in dx and ms info attached with it.

    Issue was too many deleted toons, strange but true! they have to delete some of the deleted /laughs
