Somborn Haunted House Quest

Hey all, my friend is having issues getting this quest to work for him, the head vamp won't come out to bite him to start the quest. Any thoughts?

You pickup the quest from a goblin in qeynos or freeport and then go to the graveyard to get bitten.

I am stuck at "Investigate upstairs". Clicking the skelly on the floor coming through wall does nothing... have all my keys.

Just walk through the wall where the skeleton is hanging out.
