Just curious when this spell turned in to a percentage based heal. I've looked through update notes over the last few months and I didn't see any changes to that spell. Seems like a ninja nerf.
Soon after I posted this I noticed the Transfer Life was back to the way it was. I was running a KA zone the other day and it was % based.. Not sure what happened.
I think it would be cool to have a % based Transfer life but it should have a limit that says it will only transfer something like a max of 50% of necromancer's health. That way it won't always be a max heal but it will still be very useful. Of course most necromancers have mega HP anyway so a 60m health Necro would still do 30m heal.
