Not sure if it has been brought up, probably has. But it occurs to me how unnecessarily blocked some things are right now. To buy the orange adorn, Trained to Battle, I'd need to use 3 currencies. Ok fine. But then how come I also need to get an account flag for it? I mean, I already did the quest. How come doing Quest 1 in the series (which is the one that gives you the shield) doesn't flag your account for it? Although, technically, the shield's proc isn't part of the epic2 weapon, it's still something to consider. Is Trained to Battle a "throwaway" one shot proc? Or does its existence as an orange adorn mean that it is going to be durable for a while? And if the latter, then why does it have to drop randomly to flag me for it? Why isn't it enough that I pay with three currencies and I have done the quest?
Trained in battle is not needed on fighters currently. If you have done your epic 2.0 it was on your KA offhand and if you get the new offhand from the PoP faction lines unlock it has it on it as well. So ultimately there is no need to unlock it if you can get it for free from wearing the PoP offhand.

Well they changed it around this expansion so all older effects we have to get from current content On the plus side , for me atleast it seems the drop rate has been increased lately , i see more orange runes and masters from heroics than earlier But i still wonder , why would you want that specific effect from trained to battle? for me atleast it seems to the worst effect to get from all the epic effects? But im not gonna disagree , in the start of this expansion if you got a orange rune flag you could buy it again and trade it but they made it no trade a few weeks after I think that sucked cause it still costed currency and status to buy the orange runes.
Not sure about the overall design, I was just surprised that it's not enough to pay in three currencies, it has to drop for you as well, even though you've already quested for it and it's not transferable to anyone other than fighters anyway.
