    Fortunately, we don't have any to worry about (we're not allowed here in this apartment complex :-/), but while most of the animals I've heard about were evacuated okay, there were about 30 horses lost in the Ventura fire. :(

    So far, so good, though there was an idiot arsonist who tried something in our neck of the woods...in the middle of the day on Friday. X-P

    Needless to say, it was stomped to death before it got beyond 50'x50' and took out any more than a utility pole. They didn't catch the twit, but they could tell it was arson-set. :-/
