PG Proven merchant broken ?

I have completed one PoP faction and am working through the sig line. I went to buy an orange adorn from the Proven PG merchant only to find he has nothing for sale to me.

I tried with other toons on the same account and they can see items to buy from the vendor, anyone else had this problem ?

tried it with a lv 100 ?

i only have one toon over 100, a 110 which cannot see the items for sale, all my level 100's can see the items for sale just fine.

I'm having the same problem. I'm level 110 and can't see anything for sale from the Proven Merchant.

Same problem, my level 110 can't see anything for sale on the Proven merchant, but my level 100 characters can. Also, level 105 characters can see items for sale.
