There have been no announcements of a downtime or a start time, so does that mean POP starts at 12:01am tonight PST?
Only a guess, but based on past expansions, the servers will go down in the morning and come back up around 6pm PST with the possibility of being later because of issues with patching the servers. Again, this is only a guess based on past experience.
Normally they estimate launch between noon-2pm pst. There have been times that has not worked and they've had to bring the servers back down but not that often. I don't think I've ever seen the servers initially open at 6pm pst. Just asked in Discord and Launch Time is scheduled for Noon pst.
I wonder why they don't bother to warn the paying customers. It is always good to manage expectations.
Launch time is scheduled for noon, but it's possible it could be pushed back if something goes sideways. Alert will be going out shortly, but for all intents and purposes the downtime is functioning like it does when we patch!
