I preordered the expansion tonight. After I put in my payment info it just went to my account page. I have not received any confirmation that the order has gone through. I also do not have access to the beta. What went wrong?
I've had the same issue, and anything that relates to online purchases that require credit cards rather than PayPal make me nervous, so when something goes wrong I get doubly nervous. It also does not show up in my purchase history, and when I try to see if I screwed up an try to go to the purchase screen I get an error message.
Never-mind found the PayPal option, odd though, It wouldn't let me purchase it with a Credit Card yet that is the same card I use to pay my subscription.
