Not just looking for the one-line "choose this" answer, I'd like to hear why such-and-such deity is a good choice as well. And... GO!
Depends on what level you are. After level 90 it makes little difference. I liked Tribunal for the stun proc cloak. I passed on Cazic because fear = adds. But I play a zerk for my tank class. Not an SK. A lot of folks like Zek.
As a dark elf SK, I went with Innoruuk for nostalgic purposes. The spells are decent but as the person above said, you really don't do much with at higher levels. Thalumbra does have that wonderful diety drop that gives a good bonus but every worshipper of any God gets the same. I'd look into the spells and see what meshes well with your play style.
