Chat Is Bugged Cant See Or Join Channels ( User does not exist)

    I just came back to the game restored a character on TLE and i cant type or see in general chat lfg chat auction chat or guild chat, cant use friends list, when friends try to add me it tells them user does not exist. How can i fix this?

    Have you tried exiting completely and then coming back in?

    its been 24 hours nothing has happened i have logged in and out multiple times :(
