Rusty Dagger?

    Lvl 3 Rusty Dagger dropping from loot KA mission crates. Is this a bugged item drop or a quest lead?

    It's just a leftover placeholder item that was mistakenly left on the reward list. It didn't replace anything it just wasn't removed so you didn't lose out on a reward or anything.
